NAIDOC Day activities

National NAIDOC Week will be celebrated from 6 to 13 July and this year marks 50 years of the week-long celebration. The theme for 2025 is: The Next Generation: Strength, Vision & Legacy, celebrating achievements of the past and the bright future ahead. At Broadwater Public School, we will celebrate NAIDOC Day next term on Friday 25 July. On this day, our students are invited to wear their favourite Aboriginal print clothing or something red, black and yellow to show your support, as we celebrate the history and culture of Indigenous peoples. Our students will participate in a range of activities throughout this day, which will include Indigenous games and artworks.
